Beauty · Brand · Technology
My work sits at the intersection of beauty, business, and technology.
After several years behind the chair at a chain salon, I opened my own salon suite business in 2020 amidst the pandemic.
Like many beauty professionals, I transitioned to online booking and built a website to establish a stronger digital presence, enabling clients to find my new business.
Building that website led to my first web development client, inspiring me to expand my technical skill set, ultimately earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems.
Currently, I work for a bicoastal boutique beauty talent agency representing hairstylists, makeup artists, groomers, and wardrobe stylists working in entertainment and media. My role consists of website design, development, and maintenance in addition to my agent duties.
